1.1 Check Known issues
1.2 Check Bug Tracker Edit

2. Validate if the problem is in Gaia or in your own code

2.1 Describe your scenario in our forum and get feedback Edit

3. If you have found a new bug

3.1 Send an email with description of scenario and if possible, a simple test case to reproduce the error to or report via our feedback form
